RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At SHAUCT COMMERCE, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging, and is unused. Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., face masks, intimate apparel, etc.)
  • Digital downloads or software

Please review the product description and specifications before purchase.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include the RA number and your order details inside the return package.
  • Ship the item to the provided return address:

    Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and may take up to 5 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, or if it is damaged during the return process due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at [email protected] We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate, and cover the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” at the time of purchase
